about me……

Every time I’ve moved, I’ve culled my books in the interest of not having to carry so many heavy boxes. Still, my library grows. If I have a book in my hands, I’m happy. If I can tell that story aloud, I’m in bliss. I love sharing stories and helping listeners feel themselves inside a story through my art.

I’ve been down many paths, both personally and professionally and bring this rich diversity of experiences to my narration. I’ve waitressed, been a veterinary technician, and have a Ph.D. in forestry. I strongly believe in continuing to grow and learn professionally. My teachers on this narration journey include Chris Ciulla, Brian Avers, Ann Richardson, and Carol Monda.

When I’m not narrating, I enjoy gardening, cooking, making jewelry, and taking long walks in the woods with my rescue dog Otto.

Quality narration is what elevates and distinguishes the audiobook listening experience from the print reading experience, in often extraordinary ways.
